Mr. Miyagi is on the hunt for a talented Chef de Partie to join the crew at one of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants.

Since 2013, we’ve been putting our own playful spin on Japanese-inspired dining on Chapel Street, Windsor. We love bold food, big services and having a good time, but our standards are never negotiable.

We’re looking for a chef who takes pride in their food, owns their section and thrives under pressure.

Chef de Partie (CDP) | Mr. Miyagi, Windsor

What you’ll be doing

- Running your section and delivering consistently great food.

- Keeping prep, service, stock and organisation on point.

- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen operations.

- Bringing a solid work ethic and team-first attitude every shift.

What we’re looking for

- An experienced CDP or a strong Demi ready to step up.

- Experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen.

- Confidence,



organisation and a cool head during service.

- Knowledge of ordering, stock control and par levels.

- A passion for great food, a good attitude and no ego.
