Yokor Window AUS Pty Ltd - Keysborough VIC

In this role, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of engaging content across Yokor Windows' English and Chinese marketing channels. From attending project shoots and creating social media content to coordinating suppliers and supporting industry events, no two days will be exactly the same. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who combines creativity with solid organisation and enjoys turning ideas into polished content.

Key responsibilities

Assist with content planning and develop creative ideas for social media and marketing campaigns.

Plan, create, schedule and publish content across key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

Adapt written and visual content to suit the audience, style and requirements of each platform.

Coordinate project photography and video shoots with homeowners, builders, architects, designers and external suppliers.

Support content production during shoots and capture basic photo and video content when required.

Appear on camera when required to introduce Yokor Windows' products, features and project highlights in a clear and engaging manner.

Organise and manage project photos, videos and marketing assets for use across the business.

Write engaging English and Chinese copy for social media, brochures, product materials, website articles, newsletters and other marketing collateral.

Monitor social media messages, enquiries and comments, responding professionally and promptly.

Liaise with photographers, models, advertising agencies and other marketing suppliers, and assist with the production of promotional materials and branded merchandise.

About you

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.





Relevant experience or qualifications in marketing, communications, media, public relations or a related field.

A practical understanding of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

Strong copywriting, proofreading and content-editing skills.

A good eye for photography, video, design and visual presentation.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.

Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers and internal team members.

A proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.

Confidence assisting with photography and video shoots.
