Australia Post is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Rockingham Delivery Centre in Western Australia. You will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy delivery facility, guiding a large frontline team, driving safety, engagement and high quality service for customers and communities.

You'll partner with frontline leaders, unions and stakeholders to build capability, manage change, and deliver cost‑effective outcomes while fostering a positive, inclusive culture and solid workplace
