You’ll have four days per week, 9am-5pm, with Tuesday as the office day, robust autonomy, TOIL for Saturdays, and a commission incentive. The role combines flexibility with real hands-on ownership in a growing business.
Salary is $89,600 pro rata, aligned with the four-day week and local market norms.
