What you’ll actually do:

- Be the Voice of Willed: Manage inbound enquiries and reach out to prospective clients. No cold calling—these are people who genuinely need our help.

- Solve Problems, Don't Just Sell: You’ll guide clients through the process of prepaying a cremation, saving their families from future stress and "bill shock."

- Master the Flow: You’ll use our CRM and digital tools to keep things seamless. We’re a tech company, so "paperwork" happens via sleek digital forms.

- Grow the Brand: You’re on the front lines. Your feedback will directly influence how we build our products.
