The Role

Key responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care.

Day:Monday and Wednesday
Hours:9.00am- 4:30 pm
Employment:Permanent Part time

There is also the opportunity to work additional days providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills

Current working with Children Check

Previous General Practicenursing experience (desirablebut not essential)
