Our Melbourne team brings together more than 120 people, delivering complex fitout and refurbishment projects across the CBD and metropolitan region. Known for quality delivery in live environments, we work across commercial, education, health and community sectors, backed by experienced leaders and a collaborative, people-focused culture.

You'll play a key role in:

As a Site Manager in our Melbourne team, you'll be right in the thick of shaping spaces that make a lasting impact. In busy, live environments, you'll keep fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects running smoothly transforming how people work, connect and experience their surroundings. It's a hands‑on role where your practical mindset, eye for detail and site expertise help turn project plans into spaces we’re proud to deliver.

- Leading day‑to‑day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors and driving quality workmanship through to defect‑free handover
- Championing our path to perfect safety through site inductions, regular inspections and proactive risk management
- Developing short‑and long‑term construction programmes with the Project Manager to keep delivery on track
- Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, keeping everyone connected through clear communication and regular site meetings
- Keeping the project team informed with accurate site diaries and timely progress updates through our project delivery systems





What you'll bring:

You're the kind of Site Manager who sets the tone on site — calm, organised and leading by example. You enjoy bringing people together, building trust and helping everyone perform at their best

- At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry including 2+ years in a Site Management role within commercial fitout
- Experience delivering projects typically ranging from $500k to $5M+
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications for buildability and accuracy
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site programmes
- Understanding of head contracts, subcontractor obligations and project delivery processes
- A leadership style that builds positive relationships and promotes a robust team environment
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety, accountability and quality delivery
