Renostain is looking for a confident, motivated and team-oriented individual to join our growing team in a hybrid Appointment Setter & Face-to-Face Sales Consultant Support role. This position combines phone-based appointment setting, lead management and client follow-ups with hands-on support for our face-to-face sales consultants, stepping in to assist with client meetings when needed once fully trained.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships over the phone and keeping things organised. The primary focus will be appointment setting, managing leads and following up with prospective clients to ensure our consultants have a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

As you become familiar with our business, products and processes, you will also have the opportunity to step in and support our face-to-face consultants when needed. This may include assisting with client follow-ups, attending meetings where a consultant is unavailable, or helping cover appointments when additional support is required.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and happy to work collaboratively across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Appointment Setting: Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing leads to book qualified appointments for our consultants.
- Lead Management: Managing incoming leads, maintaining accurate records and ensuring opportunities are followed up in a timely manner.
- Follow-Up Calls: Contacting clients after consultant meetings to maintain engagement, answer questions and help move opportunities forward.
- Consultant Support:



Working closely with our face-to-face consultants to manage their pipelines, coordinate appointments and provide ongoing support.
- Hybrid Responsibilities: Learning the business and processes to confidently assist with client meetings or step in when another consultant is unavailable.
- Communication & Organisation: Keeping communication explicit across the team and ensuring appointments, follow-ups and client interactions are well coordinated.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside the wider team to identify opportunities, solve problems and ensure clients receive a positive experience.

Previous sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
