Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide essential support to elderly clients in Sale, Victoria. This temporary, casual role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalised care and support.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring workplace.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities, ensuring clients remain active and engaged.




- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

- A genuine interest in providing care and support to the elderly.
- Previous experience in aged care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
