We're looking for an experienced, switched-on dental professional who knows their way around a busy practice and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

At iDental Surgery, Australia's award-winning home of Complete Wellness Dentistry, we set high standards. And we're looking for someone who shares them.

YOU MUST:

- Have solid experience in dental assisting AND reception.
- Understand dental procedures, terminology and clinical workflows.
- Be confident using EXACT dental software.
- Know how to process HICAPS claims and patient payments.
- Manage appointments, patient enquiries and front-desk operations efficiently.
- Be organised, proactive, skilled and exceptional with people.




- Work confidently alongside dentists and anticipate what's needed before being asked.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We're looking for someone experienced who can step in, contribute immediately and become a valued part of our team.
