OEM Solutions is an international manufacturing and supply-chain company supporting customers with sourcing, engineering coordination, production, quality control, and logistics.
As we expand our OEM, construction, and industrial products business in Australia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Business Development qualified with an established network in the Australian construction, infrastructure, mining, manufacturing, energy, or engineering markets.
Role Description The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, and generating qualified RFQs for:
- Steel grating, stair treads, and accessories
- Precast concrete lifting anchors, connection systems, and structural embeds
- Construction materials and custom fabricated metal components
- Machined, forged, cast, and molded industrial parts
- Other OEM products, engineered components, and custom manufacturing requirements
Our team supports quotation, engineering coordination, manufacturing, quality control, and international logistics.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Established relationships with contractors, EPCs, fabricators, distributors, OEMs, or industrial buyers
- Experience in steel grating, structural steel, building materials, precast concrete, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, mining, piping, fasteners, MEP, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related products
- Proven experience in the Australian market, with knowledge of local procurement practices, project requirements, and sales processes
Previous experience with our specific products is helpful but not required. Experience with complementary industrial, construction, or OEM products can be equally relevant. A plus: Experience supporting local logistics, delivery coordination, customer documentation, invoicing, or payment follow-up.
Commercial Structure
This is an independent , commission-based opportunity, with commission on successfully generated business and the potential for ongoing earnings from developed accounts.
