The Role

At Actemium Industrial Services, we're growing and are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician based in the Chinchilla region to join our team.

This is a primarily local role, allowing you to enjoy a strong work-life balance while contributing to the successful delivery of electrical and industrial projects across Queensland's industrial sector. You'll work on a variety of projects that support critical infrastructure and industrial operations, with opportunities to develop your skills alongside a highly experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering electrical installation, upgrade and commissioning projects across industrial facilities

- Performing maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on Low Voltage (LV) control and power systems

- Interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation

- Diagnosing and resolving faults across control systems and power circuits

- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards and procedures

- Supporting project delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover

What You'll Bring

You are a safety-focused Industrial Electrician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and building strong working relationships.



You enjoy working autonomously when required while also contributing as part of a collaborative project team.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial electrical environment

- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on LV and ELV systems

- Experience working with industrial control and power systems
- The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Queensland Electrical Licence (Electrical Fitter Mechanic)

- Construction Industry White Card

- Current LVR & CPR certification

- Current Queensland Class C Driver's Licence

Nice to have

- Working at Heights

- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence

- Experience in industrial maintenance and project environments

- Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation

- EEHA Certification

- HV Switching

- Leading Hand Experience
