Opportunities available

Claims Consultant

- Manage general insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution.
- Liaise with insurers, assessors, repairers and clients to progress claims efficiently.
- Advocate for clients, resolve issues and provide proactive updates.
- Review policy information, maintain accurate records and assist with complex claims.





Insurance Account Manager

- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate renewals, prepare submissions and negotiate competitive terms with insurers.
- Manage quotations, endorsements, policy adjustments and day-to-day servicing.
- Identify coverage improvements, cross-selling opportunities and portfolio retention opportunities.

About you

You'll ideally have relevant experience in insurance claims, general insurance broking or commercial account management, along with:
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to outstanding client service.
- Relevant insurance qualifications and compliance, as applicable to the role.

Experience across commercial insurance, transport and logistics, commercial motor, property, liability or pubs and clubs is highly regarded. Familiarity with Sunrise, Insight or similar broking systems is advantageous.
