The opportunities: Intermediate Accountant | 3–5 years’ experience

Take the next step in your career with greater responsibility for client work, opportunities to strengthen your technical skills and support from experienced accountants and partners.

Senior Accountant | 5+ years’ experience

Bring your expertise to a role where you can lead client assignments, contribute to tax planning and business advisory services, and mentor junior team members.

Both roles offer exposure to a diverse portfolio of taxation and business services clients, with responsibilities suited to your experience.

About the roles:

As part of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial services to our clients. Depending on your experience level, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, from preparing financial statements to providing strategic and tax planning advice.



This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative workplace where your skills and expertise will be valued and developed.

Responsibilities include

- Prepare financial statements, tax returns and tax plans for a wide range of individual and business clients
- Prepare Business Activity Statements and periodic operational reviews
- Liaising with the ATO
- Prepare additional statutory reporting requirements, including payroll tax and WorkCover
- The creation and implementation of business cash flow, tax planning, forecasting and other various value-add reporting material
- Mentoring cadets and trainees
- Direct access to a partner at the firm

Key selection criteria: Our ideal candidates will have:

- Business services and taxation experience
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial and business principles and procedures
- Completed or studying towards a Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent or currently studying towards or recently attained CA/CPA qualifications
- Organisation and time management skills
- Strong teamwork skills, with experience working towards team goals and KPIs
- Proficiency in MYOB, Xero & Quickbooks accounting software would be beneficial.
