- Contact existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
- Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on sales enquiries and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and assist with tender submissions.
- Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries and outstanding orders.
- Provide general customer service and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Welcome and assist customers attending the factory to collect their orders.
- Provide general office administration and sales support.
- Assist with organising stock, maintaining inventory records and keeping the factory and storage areas tidy when required.

Skills and Experience

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.




- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, administration or a similar role.
- Previous experience in Window covering industry exprience is highly desirable
- Good telephone manner and confidence in communicating with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to assist with a variety of duties.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
