TLE Belconnen is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Internal Sales Representative to join our busy team.

You'll be working with a great mix of regular trade customers, helping with their day-to-day enquiries, sourcing products and making sure they receive the service they can count on.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work and is willing to get involved wherever needed.

Experience in sales, customer service or electrical wholesale would be excellent, but it's not essential. If you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we're happy to provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our customers and the day-to-day operations of our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email, providing professional and timely service.
- Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and ensuring customer requirements are accurately recorded.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new trade customers.
- Assisting customers with product selection,



pricing, stock availability and general enquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers and assisting with purchasing and sourcing products to meet customer requirements.
- Working closely with our external sales, purchasing and warehouse teams to coordinate customer orders and deliveries.
- Following up outstanding quotations, customer enquiries and orders to ensure timely outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records within our business systems.
- Contributing to branch sales performance through proactive customer service, product knowledge and teamwork.

About You

We're looking for a motivated, proactive individual who takes initiative, thinks critically and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think independently and find practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt and contribute.
- Previous sales, customer service or trade industry experience is highly regarded, with electrical wholesale experience an advantage.
