Triniti is seeking an Intranet Uplift Lead to support a large Federal Government agency in the redesign and improvement of its SharePoint Online intranet.

Initially focusing on HR content, the role will be responsible for improving information architecture, navigation, content findability, accessibility and the overall employee experience. You will also establish effective content governance and sustainable management practices to ensure the intranet remains accurate, accessible and fit for purpose.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity requiring a combination of digital transformation, content strategy, user-centred design and stakeholder engagement expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy, design and implementation of an enterprise intranet uplift.

- Improve information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, metadata and enterprise search capabilities.

- Lead user research, co-design workshops and usability testing to enhance employee experience.

- Develop content strategy, governance frameworks, ownership models and publishing standards.

- Oversee content audits, rationalisation, remediation and migration activities.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, UX specialists, content owners and SharePoint technical teams.

- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, training and adoption.

- Establish performance measures and use analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience leading an enterprise intranet uplift, digital workplace transformation or comparable large-scale digital content redesign.

- Strong expertise in information architecture,



content strategy, taxonomy, navigation and search optimisation.

- Experience undertaking content audits, rationalisation, migration and establishing sustainable content governance frameworks.

- Solid understanding of user-centred design, usability testing, digital accessibility and WCAG requirements.

- Sound working knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams.

- Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives within large or complex organisations.

- Strong communication, organisational and change management capabilities.

- Previous experience delivering intranet or digital workplace transformation projects within government or large, complex organisations would be advantageous, along with familiarity with Microsoft Viva, Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 environment.

Experience working with geographically dispersed workforces, government information governance requirements and managing external vendors or technical delivery teams would also be highly regarded.
