Role Description The IT Project Manager is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. This role manages project timelines, scope, and resources, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Daily tasks include developing project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with technical and business teams, facilitate effective communication, and ensure projects align with organizational goals and quality standards.

- Candidates should possess strong Project Planning and Program Management skills to lead multiple IT initiatives effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Information Technology knowledge to understand system requirements, technical dependencies, and implementation constraints.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to engage stakeholders, document project updates, and facilitate meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing IT projects in an agile or hybrid environment, with familiarity in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are beneficial.
