- Sashimi Prep: Prepare sushi rice according to company recipes, fillet/break down fresh fish, and slice high-quality sashimi and sushi items. Supply &
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels and order kitchen supplies/ingredients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Peak Service Execution: Handle high-volume, busy dining periods efficiently while maintaining food quality, consistency, and speed.

- Safety: Maintain a clean, secure, and sanitized workstation adhering to food safety guidelines.

Key Qualifications &

Requirements Language: Fluent in Japanese (ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team).

Experience: Proven experience as a cook/chef in a Japanese restaurant or sushi kitchen.

Technical Skills:



Knife skills for fish preparation/sashimi and experience cooking hot dishes. Process-Oriented: Ability to follow strict recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation methods.

Performance Under Pressure: Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy meal rushes.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality.
