We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as an all-rounder. We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Customer service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and offer recommendations.
- Food and beverage service: Serve food and beverages, ensure they are presented correctly.
- Cash handling and sales: Process payments, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and manage cash and transactions.
- Hygiene and safety: Maintain clean service areas, handle food and beverages hygienically, and follow all food safety laws.
- Setup and cleaning: Set up and reset dining spaces, clean up tables.
- Basic food preparation: May include tasks like making sandwiches and deep frying pastels and other food products.
- Teamwork:



Support the team during service and events, anticipate guest needs, and assist with other duties as required.

Requirements:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling payments.
- Willingness to work a flexible and rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to speak Portuguese.
- A current Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.

We are seeking a part time or casual employee to work between 10 to 25 hours per week in our shop in Belconnen, ACT. Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.53 – $33.05 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
