Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) seeks a Senior Data Center HR Partner based in office at one of AWS's Data Centres in Melbourne. The role supports cluster operations leadership across multiple sites with autonomy and strategic influence.

You'll handle complex employee relations, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a 24/7 data center setting. Travel about 25% to other DC sites is required; there are no direct reports, only mentorship and partnership.
