CMC Markets is seeking a senior in-house Legal Counsel to lead key disputes for our CFD and Stockbroking divisions in Australia and Current Zealand.
You will work closely with the Head of Legal to shape strategy, provide commercially focused advice, and collaborate with Compliance on regulatory matters and reform responses. The role also involves mentoring junior lawyers and overseeing external counsel to manage spend effectively.
