The Baths Middle Brighton is seeking a qualified, passionate cook to join our busy kitchen as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a full-time role (part-time or casual also possible). You will contribute across food prep, cooking, and training, in a fast-paced, high‑volume workplace on the waterfront in Melbourne.
