Sales Representative – Join a Growing Industry Leader!

Dunn & Watson Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a driven, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team in a full-time role (40 hours per week).

You’ll be the voice of Dunn & Watson, assisting customers via phone, email, online messaging, and in person at our Brisbane showroom.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing sales and product enquiries across our extensive range of 4x4, transport and utility vehicle accessories

- Providing customer service via phone, email and online platforms

- Preparing invoices and processing sales

- Handling cash and credit card transactions

- Maintaining clear, professional communication with customers and team members

- Following and improving internal sales system processes

- Contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in telephone or retail sales

- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets





- Confidence working in a fast paced environment

- A team player with initiative and a proactive attitude

- Passion for learning recent systems, products and skills

- Current driver’s licence and reliable punctuality

Bonus points for: Knowledge of 4WD, camping or touring accessories (not essential — we’ll support you in learning!)
