Summerland Farm is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide a friendly team, keep the store vibrant and deliver outstanding customer experiences on a beautiful farm and tourism destination in NSW. You will coach staff, support people with disability, and bring the Summerland Farm experience to life.

Applicants should hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, and be prepared to obtain NDIs checks and first aid qualifications as required.
