Job Description

My Australia Direct Joiner JP Finsbury Pty Ltd Sydney NSW Full-time JP Finsbury Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based specialist in high-end custom cabinetry and architectural joinery for residential projects. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Joiner to join our growing team.

Annual remuneration of between $80,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) + superannuation on offer

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings and client specifications to determine materials, measurements and installation requirements
- Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens and bespoke joinery items in a workshop environment
- Measure, cut, shape and fit timber, laminates and related materials using hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery
- Operate workshop equipment including saws, routers and CNC machinery
- Assemble cabinetry and furniture components prior to dispatch




- Undertake in office installation of custom joinery, ensuring accurate alignment and secure fixing
- Conduct final adjustments and finishing to ensure high-quality presentation and durability
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements

- AQF Certificate III in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent qualification plus 1 year experience; OR
- At least three years of relevant full-time experience in joinery and cabinetmaking
- Demonstrated experience in custom cabinetry fabrication and installation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $80000-100000
