About AEFS
AEFS Group (All Essential Fire Services) is an established Victorian fire protection company working across electrical, sprinkler and portables. We service 450+ clients, including major hospitals, universities and local councils. We’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to keep our maintenance program running on time and compliant.

The role

You’ll report to our Service Delivery Manager and work with a second coordinator to schedule and support a team of 30 field technicians:

- Schedule routine AS 1851 maintenance runs, defect repairs and reactive callouts
- Be the first point of contact for technicians and clients
- Track compliance against contract schedules and flag risks early
- Keep job records, service reports and documentation accurate in Uptick




- Keep client communication clear, from booking through to completion

About you

- 2+ years coordinating or scheduling in fire protection (essential)
- Working knowledge of AS 1851 and fire systems: detection, sprinklers, hydrants, portables
- Uptick experience strongly preferred
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and clear with technicians and clients
- Full working rights in Australia
