The Australian Reptile Park is on the hunt for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Receptionists / Customer Service Representatives to join our incredible team!

This is no ordinary reception role! You'll be part of the action at one of Australia's most iconic wildlife attractions, helping visitors make the most of their experience from the moment they arrive. From answering enquiries and processing bookings to supporting retail sales and solving problems on the go, no two days are the same!

What You'll Be Doing

Creating amazing guest experiences by delivering friendly, helpful and professional customer service.

Being part of a dynamic team across customer service, administration, reception and retail sales.

Helping visitors navigate their day by answering questions, resolving issues and providing information about the Park.

Managing bookings, sales and enquiries with confidence and attention to detail.

Keeping retail operations running smoothly through stocktakes, ordering and stock entry.

Handling cash and transactions in line with company procedures.

Working with our POS and computer systems,



including helping troubleshoot any technical hiccups along the way.

Supporting team sales targets and looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience while driving sales.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for customer service!

You'll ideally have:

A friendly, approachable and professional manner, with a well-presented appearance.

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems.

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to get things done.

The ability to think on your feet, solve problems and remain calm under pressure.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achieve daily team targets.

A current NSW Working with Children Check, or a willingness to obtain one.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved!

The Important Details

This is a role in a busy, visitor-focused environment, so flexibility is essential. Applicants must be available to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
