The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the testing, commissioning, fault finding and performance validation of diesel generator systems across a range of client projects. Working predominantly on site, you will be responsible for testing LV & MV generator systems to ensure they are installed commissioned and operating safely, reliably and in accordance with project specifications, Australian Standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

Testing, commissioning, fault finding and performance validation of diesel generator systems

Ensuring systems are installed, commissioned and operating safely and reliably

Ensuring compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards and client requirements

Working closely with Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, OEMs and clients to deliver project outcomes

Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality

About you

Qualified Electrical Engineer

Experience testing engines, generators or related systems

Robust experience in generator control systems or generator commissioning
