Frida’s Field in Nashua, Byron Bay hinterland, seeks an experienced Venue Manager who loves food, beverage and hospitality. The role is full‑time (38 hours/week) with a mix of service days and admin days, including rostering, ordering and planning.

Salary is $90k per year plus 12% super and an annual performance bonus. You’ll manage weddings and events, beverage lists, customer service, and front-of-house operations to maintain a high‑quality guest experience.
