Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Purchasing Officer to join our team in Kemps Creek, NSW.

What You Will Be Doing

- Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, delivery and cost-effective outcomes
- Work closely with Sales and Client Delivery teams to identify and develop procurement opportunities.
- Source accurate and timely quotations from a broad range of third-party suppliers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, new products and stock options.




- Contribute to the successful outcomes of the department by promoting team work, assisting others when required and displaying a friendly and helpful manner

Desired Skills And Experience

- Experience in the print and paper industry (highly regarded)
- Strong supplier networks and knowledge of purchasing procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great results.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving quality and commercial outcomes.
- Sound computer literacy, including experience with Netsuite ERP system or similar, WMS/Ecom systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A team-oriented and proactive attitude that fits with our values - Genuine, Driven, Specialised, and Collaborative
- Experience with mail house, data, or digital marketing services is a bonus.
