Kenko Sushi House is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the main food court of the UQ St Lucia campus. Store opens 5 days Monday to Friday.

1) Kitchen Hand - Casual positions available:

Responsibilities may include (depending on shift times):

- Making sushi

- Food handling and preparation

- Making hot food orders

- Using the fryer
- Dishwashing and general clean ups

Shifts range from 3 – 7 hours between 6am till 7:00pm

MUST HAVE:

- Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience
- Experience working in a fast paced setting

- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated

- Fast learner

Successful applicants will be contacted for a face-to-face interview. Pay: Up to $34.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
