You’ll join a fast-paced kitchen crew supporting the magic behind Sydney's favourite pastries.

The Role

A hands-on, quick-paced kitchen porter role supporting our production team by keeping our high-volume kitchens running seamlessly.

- The Core Ops: Take care of dishwashing, intensive cleaning, sanitation, and efficient waste management.
- The Kitchen Support: Assist our chefs and bakers with food preparation, simple cooking tasks, presentation, stock rotation, and hygiene standards.
- The Trade Pathway:



Receive hands-on training and mentorship across multiple kitchen stations from seasoned culinary and pastry professionals.
- The Standard: Maintain strict HACCP guidelines to ensure a spotless, safe, and organized workspace.

Note: We run a 7 day/week operation. Full-time and casual roles are available across flexible day, afternoon and weekend shifts.

What You Bring

- Prior food experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery, cafe, or food production setup.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn real trade skills.
- High energy, absolute reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude.
- Valid Australian working rights and current residence in Sydney (no overseas applicants, please).
