TCL is an award-winning national landscape architecture practice known for delivering significant public and cultural projects.

We are seeking landscape architects across a range of experience levels to join our Sydney studio. We have several roles available, from graduates starting their careers to experienced senior landscape architects, with responsibilities tailored to your skills and experience.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Sydney studio while being part of an established national practice. Our work spans major infrastructure, public spaces, cultural landscapes, gardens and visitor destinations, offering a diverse range of design challenges.

About the roles

You will contribute to design and project delivery, working closely with our Sydney team and collaborating with colleagues across Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Depending on your experience, your role will include:

- Graduate Landscape Architects: Contribute to research, site analysis, design development, drawings, models and presentations while building your design and technical skills with guidance from experienced colleagues.
- Landscape Architects: Take responsibility for project components from design through to documentation, develop your project delivery skills and coordinate with clients and consultants.
- Senior Landscape Architects: Lead design development and documentation packages, coordinate project teams and consultants, and mentor landscape architects and graduates.

Across all levels, you will contribute ideas,



share knowledge and participate in the design culture and continued development of the Sydney studio.

About you

We are looking for people who bring:

- An accredited qualification in Landscape Architecture
- Strong design thinking and graphic communication skills
- Design, technical and documentation capabilities appropriate to your experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A cooperative approach and willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Experience with, or an interest in, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit and emerging digital tools

Experienced and senior applicants should bring demonstrated experience in design development, documentation and project delivery. Senior applicants should also be confident leading project packages, working directly with clients and consultants, and supporting junior colleagues. Revit capability and experience working in BIM environments would be highly regarded.
