Job role: Lead Case Consultant

Locations: Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane

Position: Full -time Permanent

Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

Start date: ASAP

Summary

- Strong technical claims experience is essential.
- Responsible for second sign-off of claims.
- Provides oversight of claim management, portfolio management, and consultant performance.
- Experience coaching, training, providing feedback, and uplifting capability.
- Strong focus on technical expertise and supporting consultants.

Experience Requirements

- Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' claims management experience.
- Previous coaching and capability development experience required.
- Open to experienced Senior Claims Consultants seeking their first Lead chance.

What Can You Expect?

- The Lead Case Consultant does not carry a personal claims portfolio.
- This is not a formal people leadership role.
- Team Managers remain responsible for people leadership.
- The role focuses on technical leadership, claim oversight and supporting consultants.
