Enriching Health, Panania NSW | Full time | $80,000 - $100,000 + growth upside

Most physio ads offer you a room, a diary full of back-to-back appointments, and a KPI sheet. This is not that ad.

I’m Ben, the owner of Enriching Health, an allied health clinic in Panania working alongside a 320m² strength and conditioning studio called BCHP, which we also own. We run a team of four Exercise Physiologists and three Exercise Scientists, and we’re bringing physiotherapy back to the clinic. I’m looking for the person who builds it with us.

What you’re walking into

- A fully set up treatment room, ready for day one
- A warm client list through the attached gym and active GP referrers already sending to us

- A receptionist managing your client flow and admin, so you treat and build rather than chase paperwork
- A focused, high-performing team that trains together, learns together and enjoys coming to work

What the role actually is This is a founding leadership role. We’ll start filling your caseload from day one, aiming to add 3-4 face-to-face hours each week and compounding from there until you reach 20-25 hours per week.

The rest of your week goes into growing the discipline: hosting and contributing to mentoring discussions with our EP team, attending community events, and building on our network of local sporting teams, schools and GPs.

and when your caseload reaches 20 face-to-face hours, we bring on a part-time physio to work alongside you. That’s planned for early next year, and the timeline moves as quick as you do.

Who I’m looking for

AHPRA-registered, Sydney-based, and outgoing - the kind of physio who’s comfortable walking into a GP practice or a club training session and starting a conversation. I care more about attitude and drive than years logged. If you’re early in your career with the right engine, or experienced and ready for more than being a number in someone else’s clinic, I want to hear from you.

What matters most: you’re proactive, you’re comfortable leading, and you want to see how quickly a physio business can grow when it’s built properly.
