I’m partnering with a leadership consultancy to find a senior consultant who loves facilitating and wants a say in shaping the learning behind it.

You’ll lead leadership programmes, build lasting client relationships and bring your own ideas to programme design. You’ll also help guide a small learning team while staying hands-on with delivery.

What you’ll actually be doing

- Facilitating leadership sessions that get people thinking, talking and putting ideas into practice




- Understanding clients’ challenges and adapting learning to their needs
- Building trusted relationships through new and repeat programme delivery
- Contributing to the design and refinement of learning experiences
- Guiding a small team across learning design and coordination
- Bringing fresh thinking and sound judgement to client conversations
