Role Description The Licensed Dietitian role at MantraCare is a part-time, remote position focused on providing evidence-based nutritional care within a virtual, AI-enhanced workplace. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth consultations, delivering individualized nutritional counseling, and developing tailored medical nutrition therapy plans for a range of conditions.

The dietitian will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care in digital systems, and adjust plans based on client progress and data insights. Additional tasks may include contributing to educational content,



supporting wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply current clinical guidelines to diverse populations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Nutritional Counseling, including behavior change strategies and client education in virtual settings.
- Experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, particularly for chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic disorders.
- Proficiency in Weight Management interventions, including assessment, goal setting, and ongoing monitoring and support.
- Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (or equivalent, based on regional requirements).
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and working in technology-enabled care models.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role.
- Previous experience in digital health, corporate wellness, or managed care environments is a plus.
