We're looking for passionate Line Cooks across our Pans, Larder and Dessert sections to join our Southbank team, helping deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

Part time - 20–24 hours per week available. Open availability needed.

What we are looking for

- 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant
- Previous experience in Pans/Mains section
- Passion for quality food and premium hospitality




- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is highly regarded
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
