Description:

The position has a key leadership role in the pastoral oversight, well-being and vocational development of ministry agents, and in supporting healthy relationships between ministers and their congregations within the presbytery.

The scope of its work includes being available to ministry agents who need counsel related to their pastoral responsibilities, well-being in ministry, supervision, and ministry development.

Applications who:

- have a solid personal spiritual walk with God that flows into all ministry areas
- are passionate about the mission of the church and its relationship to congregational life
- have a high level of demonstrated pastoral skills
- are skilled in conflict management and resolution
- have knowledge of the UCA processes and structures for appointment of MOP, Placements, and Candidates.
- understand a range of forms of pastoral and missional leadership and forms of congregational life
