Future You in Sydney seeks a Senior Legal Counsel – People & Conduct to lead disputes management and provide strategic advice across employment, workplace relations, defamation, and discrimination matters.

Reporting to the Head of People & Conduct Law, you will influence senior management, help develop policies, monitor evolving laws, and manage complex investigations with the team. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with 2–3 days in the office.
