The University of Sydney's Seymour Centre is seeking a hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead all bars, catering services and event hospitality. This full time role delivers exceptional customer experiences, drives commercial performance and oversees supplier partnerships, stock, staffing and budget management across performances, functions and venues.

You will develop high-performing teams, negotiate contracts, ensure WHS and RSA compliance, and align offerings with industry best practice.
