Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a Practitioner – Out of Home Care in Hervey Bay to provide case management and holistic support to children and young people in residential care. The role focuses on education, life skills, emotional wellbeing, family connections and community participation, working with families, carers and stakeholders to create secure, stable environments.

This full-time position offers 38 hours per week at a pay rate of $53.42 per hour, plus additional employee
