About the Role

This is a hands-on, diverse position where no two days are the same.

You'll be involved in everything from customer bookings and vehicle handovers to fleet maintenance, vehicle presentation and general business operations.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility and can work independently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing customer bookings, enquiries and reservations.
- Conducting vehicle handovers, returns and detailed condition inspections.
- Delivering and collecting luxury and exotic vehicles from customers.
- Coordinating vehicle servicing, maintenance, tyres and repairs.
- Washing, detailing and preparing vehicles for upcoming bookings.
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of our showroom and fleet.
- Managing vehicle movements, availability and maintenance schedules.
- Assisting with rental agreements, customer documentation and general administration.
- Supporting management with the ongoing improvement and expansion of the business.

About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, honest, organised and takes pride in their work.

Essential Requirements:

- Full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Confident, secure and responsible driving ability.




- Availability to work weekends and a flexible rotating roster.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities and take initiative.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and driving history check.

Highly Regarded but Not Essential:

- Experience in car rentals, automotive operations, fleet management or customer service.
- Knowledge of luxury or high-performance vehicles.
- Experience with vehicle detailing and presentation.
- An interest in the automotive industry.
