As we prepare to open our first Australian flagship boutique at Westfield Sydney, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the launch of an internationally recognised Italian fashion brand in the Australian luxury retail market.

The Opportunity

As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play an important role in representing the Pal Zileri brand and delivering an exceptional, personalised shopping experience. You will work closely with the store management team to build lasting client relationships, drive sales performance and maintain the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to local and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury menswear, Italian tailoring, fabrics and fit.
- Provide expert styling advice and assist clients with wardrobe selections for business, formal and special occasions.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support daily store operations,



stock management and inventory control.
- Represent the Pal Zileri brand with professionalism, confidence and attention to detail.

About You

- Previous experience in luxury fashion, premium menswear or high-end retail.
- A genuine passion for menswear, tailoring, fashion and personal styling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A professional presentation and a strong customer-first mindset.
- A sales-driven attitude with the ability to deliver results and exceed expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility to work a retail roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience with made-to-measure tailoring, luxury clienteling or premium Italian fashion brands will be highly regarded.
