About the role

As Maintenance Officer, you will deliver preventative maintenance and responsive repairs to support property standards, safety and the guest experience. You will prioritise effectively, communicate clearly, and complete work to a high quality with a focus on long-term reliability.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver preventative maintenance schedules and routine inspections.

- Respond to reactive repairs across apartments and common areas with appropriate urgency.

- Identify safety risks and ensure hazards are addressed/escalated promptly.

- Coordinate with contractors and support compliance requirements where applicable.

- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts and job completion.

- Communicate effectively with leaders and teams on progress, timelines and priorities.

About you

- Demonstrated maintenance experience in hospitality, facilities or a similar environment.





- Strong safety awareness and practical problem-solving capability.

- Ability to prioritise competing demands calmly and effectively.

- High workmanship standards and pride in completing tasks thoroughly.

- Clear communication style and professional approach when engaging with guests/team.
