Maintenance Roof Plumber | Residential | Perth Metro

Great Pay | Weekly Pay | Consistent Work | Home Every Night

Valuable roof plumbers are hard to find. Great ones are even harder.

At FMR Building & Construction and Fox Metal Roofing, we've spent over 10 years building a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and doing things properly.

And that's exactly the standard we're looking for.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Roof Plumber to join our team, working exclusively on residential roofing maintenance across the Perth metropolitan area. We're not looking for someone who simply turns up, patches a leak and moves on. We want someone who takes ownership, understands roofing and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

The Role

You'll be working across residential properties throughout Perth, carrying out roof inspections, maintenance, repairs and identifying roofing issues before they become bigger problems.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Investigating and identifying roof leaks and water ingress issues

· Carrying out roof repairs and general maintenance

· Inspecting metal roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes and associated roof components

· Identifying defects and recommending appropriate repairs

· Completing work to a high standard, with attention to detail

· Communicating professionally with homeowners, builders and our internal team

· Providing clear feedback, photos and details of work completed

· Maintaining safe work practices and leaving every site clean and presentable

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with solid roof plumbing experience who is confident working independently, diagnosing problems and delivering quality repairs.

You'll ideally have:

· Strong experience in metal roof plumbing and residential roof maintenance

· The ability to identify roofing defects and determine practical solutions

· Good knowledge of roof drainage, flashings, gutters and waterproofing details

· A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

· Confidence working independently and managing your daily workload

· Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers

· A current driver's licence and White Card

· A strong commitment to safety and working at heights requirements

Most importantly, you'll take pride in what you do!

The FMR Standard

We take our reputation seriously.

Our standard is simple: do the job properly, take ownership, communicate clearly and treat every customer's home with respect.

We want someone who notices the details, doesn't cut corners and understands that the quality of their work reflects on the entire business. If you're the kind of roof plumber who would rather fix something properly the first time than return to the same problem twice, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Get

· Competitive pay based on experience and ability

· Weekly pay

· Consistent, ongoing residential maintenance work across Perth

· Home every night — no FIFO requirements

· Paid training and opportunities to develop your skills

· Employee referral bonuses

· Loyalty and service rewards

· A supportive team that values quality workmanship

· Long-term career opportunities with an established WA business

We're a family-owned business that believes good people deserve to be looked after.

We work hard, we recognise effort, and we genuinely want our people to enjoy coming to work.
