Genius People is working with leading advisory firms in Melbourne to recruit Insolvency Managers.

We are speaking with established Managers and experienced Supervisors ready to take on broader responsibility for engagement delivery, client relationships and team performance.

The role

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing corporate insolvency appointments, including administrations, liquidations and receiverships.
- Planning engagements and overseeing investigations, financial analysis, reporting and statutory compliance.
- Managing budgets, resources, deadlines and the quality of work delivered.
- Leading discussions with directors, creditors, lenders and professional advisers.
- Supervising and developing team members, including reviewing technical work.
- Working with Partners on complex matters,



engagement decisions and practice priorities.
- Contributing to qualified relationships and business development where this forms part of the position.

Your background

You will bring substantial corporate insolvency experience within an accounting or advisory firm, strong technical judgement and a record of managing files and people.

We would like to understand the appointments you have led, the decisions you personally own, your commercial responsibilities and your experience developing junior staff. CA, CPA and ARITA qualifications will be considered alongside the expectations of each firm.
