Role Description The Marketing & Production Assistant is a contract role supporting day-to-day marketing and production activities for client campaigns. This hybrid position is based in Sydney, with a mix of on-site shoots and remote/WFH tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with digital content production, coordinating assets and timelines, performing basic editing of marketing materials and helping ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards.

The role also involves supporting campaign setup across key channels, maintaining organised project documentation, and helping resolve routine client and internal requests.

The assistant will collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations team members to keep projects on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications





- Production Assistance and Quality Control skills to support smooth workflows and accurate deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle client communications professionally and support a positive experience.
- Editing skills to refine digital content and marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment - Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro experience plus OpusClip, CapCut or similar platforms.
- Solid Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across marketing, creative, and operational functions.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with major digital marketing channels and platforms including Google Business & Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, plus content workflows, and basic project management tools is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Sydney Area, with reliable remote-work setup.
- Relevant experience in marketing, media production, or a related field is preferred; formal education in marketing, communications or media is an advantage but not required.
