City Cave Hope Island is growing its massage team, and we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists who want to join an established wellness centre with strong client demand.

We know one working arrangement doesn't suit every therapist. We're open to conversations around different engagement structures and availability, depending on the individual and the needs of the centre.

Whether you're looking for consistent days, additional hours alongside your existing work, or something more substantial, we'd love to understand what you're looking for.

We'll invest in your development For the right candidates, City Cave can provide financial support towards selected short courses and professional development opportunities to help expand your skills and treatment offering.

If there is an area you've been wanting to develop further, we want to have that conversation.

If you currently hold a valid Australian visa with appropriate working rights, we'd be happy to hear from you.

For eligible candidates, we're also open to discussing future visa pathways where appropriate. Any visa support would be subject to individual eligibility, business requirements and formal approval.

Who we're looking for

Qualifications matter, but the person behind them matters just as much. We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and committed to the availability they agree to
- Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
- Passionate about massage and continuing to develop their skills
- Comfortable working as part of a broader centre team
- Confident delivering high-quality treatments within their scope of practice
- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply moving through appointments

Remedial qualifications are highly regarded, however we'd also love to hear from therapists with strong relaxation, deep tissue, sports or other relevant massage experience. For remedial therapists providing health-fund-rebate services, appropriate qualifications, professional association membership and insurance requirements will apply.

Already working somewhere else?

That's okay. You don't necessarily need to leave an existing clinic or completely change your working week to talk to us.
